One would here that Mr X is a born again Christian, Mr Y is a Roman Catholic etc, everyone trying to use religion to gain votes. In the Arab world, of course ,one brand of the Koran is used as flag for gaining votes.The Arab Spring has brought the word Selafist to describe a hard brand of Sharia Koran.
The word Islamist would invite American drones to strike you dead on your bed. Mr Ben Laden now dead murdered by Americans, was a perfect American Islamic Target.
Egyptian Presidential elections.
Mr Fotoh, an Egyptian brother hood candidate for presidency,burried in religion, sees Israel as an enemy.All religions Faculty would like to call on all human beings to avoid using religion as a way to get into power. The Camp David accord of 1979 which brought peace between Egypt and Israel has kept the world in semblance of peace. Egypt has been an honest broker between Palestine and Israel ought to continue in that role.
Of course, Egypt has a right to revisit the accord if it felt that Gas was sold too cheaply to Israel. But this should not be done on enemy terms. We are tired of bloodshed in the middle East. Syrian blood bath is still a constant worry to those of us who feel peace in our hearts and want to extend it to others

Mr Sakozy is war criminal and must face justice in the Hague.
